Chris is an investor and adviser with a proven track record of success working with owner-managed businesses. He possesses an ability to delve into the essence of a business, offering comprehensive financial, strategic, and operational guidance.

His hands-on approach has been instrumental in driving improvement within investee companies and assessing potential targets for clients embarking on ambitious buy and build strategies. Examples of Chris’ experience include:

• The implementation of a management reporting pack at a new investee business to meet the requirements of investors and the bank. The business benefited from training and regular reporting protocols.

• Successfully completing the financial due diligence on two simultaneous acquisitions for an investee business with key recommendations for post-acquisition integration.

• A review of the accounting processes and systems utilised at a new investee business.

• Recruitment of an FD for a new position in the company, ensuring the appointment was strong from a technical and cultural perspective.

Beyond the boardroom, Chris is a passionate runner and proud member of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Athletics Club, where he also serves as the Club Treasurer.
